Welcome to Actiqa. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Actiqa website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

Actiqa provides an AI-guided workspace that helps you plan personal goals, build daily focus habits, and track your progress. Our free tier is available to anyone; premium features require a paid subscription.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must not share your account, impersonate anyone, or use the Service to harm others.
• You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings. On deletion, your personal data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code, models, or training data.
• Scrape, spam, or abuse the AI coach, blog, or any API endpoint.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or that infringes on someone else's rights.
• Use Actiqa to provide services to third parties without our written consent.

4. AI-generated content

Actiqa uses artificial intelligence to generate roadmaps, coach responses, quizzes, and reflections. AI output is designed to be helpful but is not a substitute for professional advice — medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make based on it.

5. Your content

The goals, sessions, notes, and reflections you enter belong to you. You grant Actiqa a limited licence to store and process this content solely to operate the Service for you (e.g. to generate your roadmap or show your progress). We do not use your content to train our models, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Subscriptions & payments

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are displayed on the Pricing page and confirmed at checkout.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case — reach out to support@actiqa.com within 14 days of your charge and we'll do the right thing.
• Taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

7. Referrals, gifts & partners

Actiqa includes referral rewards, Focus Boost gift links, and accountability partner invitations. These features are provided at our discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Any fraudulent or abusive use will result in the loss of rewards and possible account termination.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep Actiqa fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasional downtime for maintenance, updates, or unexpected issues may occur. We are not liable for lost streaks, missed sessions, or indirect damages resulting from downtime.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or create a security or legal risk for us or other users. You will be notified where possible.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Meaningful changes will be announced in-app or via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Actiqa is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
